1 Introduction

Welcome to Trulivers. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, career guidance platform, applications, and associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you will not be able to access the platform.

2 Use of the Platform

Trulivers provides psychometric tests, career guidance, and AI-powered simulators. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the platform by, any third party.

Usage restrictions:

You may not modify, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our AI.
You may not use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Services.
Institutional accounts (schools) are non-transferable.

3 User Accounts and Minors

To access most Trulivers features, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Minors: If you are under 18 years old, you confirm that you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use Trulivers. The platform has parental linking tools (Parent Link) for supervision and validation of activities.

4 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trulivers and its licensors. The AI algorithms, interview simulators, and diagnostic models are protected by copyright and trade secrets.

5 Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions (B2B)

B2B services for institutions and schools are governed by specific license contracts (Tenants). We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders if fraud is suspected or if there is an error in the listed price.

6 Limitation of Liability

The career information and AI simulator results provided by Trulivers are educational support tools, not absolute verdicts. Trulivers does not guarantee admission to specific universities or future job success based on use of the platform.

In no event shall Trulivers, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
